We've heard rumblings about a savestate function in CFW 4.00 M33 before, but sadly it didn't quite make the cut. Dark AleX is still on the case, though, and he has just released an experimental prx called PspStates that adds a savestate feature to the PSP Slim. Since this is still an experimental plugin, we recommend reading the full article for more info.Download: PspStates Experiment |

News just hit us that Nintendo has released a new update to the Nintendo Wii's Menu, but Wii Menu Update v3.3 does more than deliver great news for owners of the console. Nintendo hid a little present inside the upgrade which permanently deals a blow to the Wii homebrew community's efforts. The company has stated that unauthorized modifications have been rampant, and now they're putting an end to it. Get more details, plus a response from the WiiBrew community, at the full story. |

Not exactly for those disinclined to meddling with circuit boards, but it definitely seems like an interesting project for
serious Wii homebrew developers. You see, hacking the Wii to have two
NAND Flash chips inside can seem like more possibilities have opened,
but for ChipD at HackMii, it's most essential if you're a developer
trying out new (and possibly dangerous) things on your Wii without
actually threatening the original NAND Flash installed. Find out why at the full story. |
