Just a week after the in-game pets for World of Warcraft were announced, one of the two variations has apparently been sold out, just goes to show how WoW-crazy some people get. The Pandaren Monk, listed for US$ 10 on the Blizzard pet store, has now been "sold out" in the United States.

Hold on to your hats, folks. There's a chance that Capcom may be gearing up for a late 2009 release for Lost Planet 2 (PC, PS3, Xbox 360). According to a slide spotted at the Xbox 360 Invitational in Korea, anyway.

This one's definitely no rumor. Funcom itself has announced on their official homepage that they are cutting "around 20% of the staff...mostly in the Company's Norwegian subsidiary."

They're not saying anything about the PS3 Firmware issue, but they are saying something about the next console cycle. Electronic Arts, through Chief Creative Officer Rich Hilleman, is saying that they expect Sony and Microsoft to bring it all out in their updates for their existing hardwares before launching their next-gen consoles.

Now this is a game offer we don't see every day. South Korea is set to launch the visual novel title Diamond and the Sound of a Gunshot, and purchasing Zener Works' suspense title does not only give you a brand new gameplay experience, but a diamond as well. For real.

Even outside the WCG, whether it's StarCraft, Warcraft, Counter-strike, and even Tekken, there's bound to be a Korean or two among the best. So now comes this Craiglist posting, where you get to learn StarCraft from a real Korean, and no not a fake one.

The Koreans loved Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection so much that even two years after its launch, they're still coming out with a PSP bundle for it -- two of them, in fact. Actually, there are three bundles being advertised right now for Korea, and they're using some 'hot' ads to catch your attentions as well.

Perhaps taking a step back to save the big bombs for E3, the week's recap seems to have slowed down considerably. If you thought growing up on your hood was tough, wait 'til you experience THQ's Homefront, yet another FPS coming to the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. Developed by Kaos Studios, this new shooter takes the fight out of the usual jungles, complexes, and fictional planets. Homefront, as the name implies, will have you defending your very own backyard against invading foreigners, and when they walk into your place with guns, you know things are gonna get personal.

With over 600,000 copies sold in Korea alone, Gamevil's classic action RPG, Zenonia, finally makes it to the App Store. Zenonia is a very clever RPG which includes touches of realism that most of its higher-profile counterparts don't have, like day-and-night changes, and carrying more items will slow your movement speed. Fortunately, Touch Arcade upped two vids for it - one with 10 minutes of gameplay, and the developer walkthrough in the other.
