id Software has just unveiled a trailer for their latest Wolfenstein game for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It's short, but it's definitely worth a look if you're a big fan of this long-lived FPS franchise. The video is available over in the full article.

Developer Eric Hobbs recently released a new build of his ongoing cquake homebrew game project for the DS. Among other updates, this new build now features double tap support for the handheld's touch screen.

Developer Zack is announcing the release of Wolfenstein 3D v3.0, a PSP port of id Software's FPS of the same name. This build features full PSP Slim and sound support, among other updates. Details are available in the full article.

A report from Venture Beat has highlighted the fact that hardly any games to feature at the upcoming E3 Media & Business Summit are PC games. This month saw the exodus of three companies from the ranks of the Entertainment Software Association (ESA). Following the trend started by Activision, Vivendi, and LucasArts, id Software of Doom and Quake fame recently confirmed that it will also be taking its leave from the video gaming group.
