This homebrew app is designed to search and directly edit monochrome, 256 color or 16 bit bitmaps within firmware files for quick customization. The new update now supports 16 bit color mode and added more features.

Last week, Konami unveiled the reinvention of its first Silent Hill classic, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. Today, we've got the first artwork of the game, headed to the PS2, PSP, and Wii. Developer support for the PlayStation Portable continued to grow this past week, what with some new announcements regarding new titles for the Sony handheld and updates on the games we already know are coming.
