Electronic Arts, through its Sims Studio, has sent out word that The Sims 3 will soon get its first expansion pack now that it has officially gone gold. "World Adventures" will be available on November 17th in North America and will be in stores worldwide the same week. Details right here.

Since its highly-anticipated launch on September 22nd, it seems Halo 3: ODST has been flying off shelves and into Xbox 360 systems. USA Today reports that the Bungie FPS has sold 2.5 million units worldwide, amassing more than US$ 125 million in revenues

The European PlayStation Store update is now available. This weeks content features a downloadable quiz game TV Show King, the demo version of Batman: Arkham Asylum, a trial for Rag Doll Kung-Fu and the third map pack for Call of Duty: World at War. The latest batch of updates for the PlayStation Store Europe is now available. Starting today, you can grab the highly anticipated WipEout Fury expansion pack. Not to be outdone, the third map pack for Killzone 2, Napalm and Cordite, with two new weapons and two new maps, as well as a bundle pack of all three packs is now waiting for you to explore. That's not all, there are also two new downloadable games, a new game demo and more add-on contents for the PS3 and PSP for you to enjoy.

If you've played WipEout HD before, you may have comes across the "Beat Zico" Trophy. The programmer that Trophy is named after, Zico Liu, has spilled a few more details regarding the upcoming Fury expansion pack including the price and release date.

What do we have here? It seems that the most adrenaline-pumping PSN game from Sony Liverpool will be getting a new set of trophies when the game arrives sometime this year. The folks at TheSixthAxis got the early list of trophies, which appear to be bronze, for the upcoming WipEout HD Fury expansion pack.

Not to be left behind, the much awaited Ghostbusters demo will also be available this week along with the demo of Fuel.
