Hulk - Image 1Sega has just announced that it's currently working with Amaze Entertainment and Edge of Reality to produce the Incredible Hulk games which will tie in with next year's movie offering.

Sega has revealed little details in the past, but has now confirmed that the Incredible Hulk will be developed by Edge of Reality for home gaming consoles. Amaze, on the other hand, will take care of the handheld iterations.

Specific platforms and information about how the game will vary depending on the features of each are still yet to be disclosed, but Sega assures everyone that they'll come out in due time.

The Incredible Hulk motion picture is set for release around June 13, 2008. Game tie-ins usually come out on the same week as their film counterparts, so we can safely expect this game to come out right around that time neighborhood.

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End will be released on multi-platforms - Image 1

Enigmatic Captain Jack Sparrow and the rest of the crew is back and they are set to conquer your hearts with their swords and fantastic adventures! Disney Interactive Studios (DIS) just announced that on May 22, 2007, it will be releasing new video game Pirates of the Carribean: At World's End on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 (PS3), Wii, PlayStation Portable (PSP), DS, PC, and PlayStation 2.

"Fans of the Pirates of the Caribbean film franchise will experience adventures inspired by the second and third films while going far beyond the events of those films. Our games go beyond the films to introduce legendary pirates, new locations and unique endings that will satisfy the pirate in each of us," said Craig Relyea, Marketing Vice President for DIS.

Disney mentioned that it will release more details in the following weeks dedicated for each system. But as of now, the publisher said that the new video game will sport innovative dueling controls, as well as special moves that can be used to outwit and defeat enemies.

The DS version of At World's End was rated E10+ by the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) and was developed by Amaze Entertainment. On the other hand, the console versions of the game, as well as the PSP and PC was given to Eurocom Entertainment. All versions were rated T by the classifications board.

And now we leave you with the immortal words of the great pirate captain, "I'm Captain Jack Sparrow. I think we've all arrived at a very special place, eh? Spiritually, ecumenically...grammatically."

The world-renowned Call of Duty franchise spun a new flavor for the PSP. Dubbed Call of Duty: Roads to Victory, the game came out March 14, 2007 alongside two other titles from the Activision's multi-million dollar franchise. With PSP friendly-graphics, some much needed exclusive additions to the mix, and a whole lotta lovin' from Amaze Entertainment's development team, the game is sure to be a hit over the handheld.

As the fifth gameplay trailer for this franchise, it seems the game's pretty much what we expected. Although some of the graphics look a little bland, you can't quite beat actually playing a CoD title on anything smaller than a laptop. This video is pretty short and probably should have been released as a gameplay snippet than a fully fledged trailer.

Not content to rest on their laurels, Activision will be releasing three Call of Duty titles simultaneously under their label. Two titles will be released for the Xbox 360 and one will be a PSP exclusive, and these three titles are sure to make any fan of the series drool with anticipation.

Call of Duty 3: Gold Edition for the Xbox 360: It contains everything the original Xbox 360 game has - plus a bonus DVD with behind-the-scenes footage. Call of Duty 2: Platinum Hits Expanded Edition for the Xbox 360: For those who haven't played this classic, it will be re-released with a bonus DVD that includes mission walkthroughs. With an MSRP US$ 29.99, it's a bargain.

Call of Duty: Roads to Victory for the PSP: A PSP exclusive developed by Amaze Entertainment, this game promises to bring new challenges in the form of mounted machine gun battles, sniper encounters, and aircraft attacks. Multiplayer for up to six players via ad-hoc wireless is possible as well. With an MSRP of US$ 39.99, it's worth every penny for fans of the series.

Or are you an OSY (that's out of school youth)? Or maybe, just maybe, you want a career somewhat related to videogames? Evergreen Events can help.

AMAZEAmaze Entertainment, famous for their works with handheld games like Eragon PSP, The Sims, Pirates of the Carribean 2: Dead Man's Chest, and Shrek III has just announced that they're merging with the even bigger Foundation 9 Entertainment company.

The merger was signed by Francisco Partners, F9E's owners, and is seen to make F9E now one of the largest game developers worldwide - this even after F9e's recent acquisition of Shiny Entertainment Studios.

Before their merger, Amaze had these studios under its command: KnowWonder, Griptonite, Monsoon and Fizz Factor.

F9E's roster included this list: The Collective, Backbone Entertainment, Pipeworks, ImaginEngine, Digital Eclipse, and Shiny Entertainment. The new company merger will then have a total of 11 studios under its belt, with roughly 725 employees spread out among them. Considering the track records between these two developers, and the kind of games they're churning out, we look forward to further news on how this merger will affect their future plans.

Eragon

With the game version of Eragon taking flight this November 14, we decided to take another look at our collection of articles for this upcoming game/movie/book title before it hit the retails stores. From the looks of it, we forgot something for our compendium of game screenshots, all the more as we know it's a fantasy-adventure with tons of sword-slashing, magic, and dragons...where are the dragon screenies?

So here they are, 10 new screenshots for Amaze Entertainment's PSP incarnation of this game. Most are of the game's mighty winged beasts taking to the air and torching the opposition in an aerial multiplayer ballet of teeth, claws, swords and napalm. Much has already been said at this point about the game from the interviews and the extra tidbits of info you'll get when you watch the movie, so we leave you to enjoy these screenshots.

ShrekThe Jolly Green Giant is back. Nope, not the Hulk (Ultimate Alliance has him), but the "other" guy - Shrek's back again, and if you haven't seen the trailer yet, you might wanna check it out.

Activision's just announced the lineup of development studios that will be backing the game up as Shrek the Third makes its multi-platform launch in May - just enough time for you to see them movie version when it hits theatres this March.

Here's the developers:
As for the game and movie's story: Shrek (Mike Myers) and Fiona (Cameron Diaz) have to stand in as rulers for the Far Far Away kingdom when its heir disappears.

For them to return to their swamp, Shrek, Donkey (Eddie Murphy), and Puss in Boots (Antonio Banderas) must go on a journey to find the lost heir, all the while as Fiona defends the Far Far Away Kingdom from a coup d 'etat launched by Prince Charming (Rupert Everett).
