WiiWare seems to be beefing up on games lately. Swedish publisher Legendo Entertainment is looking to add three more to the growing archive with the Pearl Harbor Trilogy, based on their PC game, Attack on Pearl Harbor. It's still a work in progress, but if they push through with it, we're looking at a neat little flight sim on WiiWare.

Texas-based studio Gearbox has confirmed that that they have indeed trademarked the "War Hero" IP. Superannution has reported that there are actually four titles stringed to this new IP, filed on June 18th of this year. More details after the jump.

SouthPeak Interactive has announced that their stealth-action video game, Velvet Assassin, has gone gold. And just in good time too, cos the game is set to ship out by the end of the month.

Add one more title to the list of RTS games. Ubisoft has just announced a new one called R.U.S.E, is a "one-of-a-kind" RTS game set during World War II whose main selling point seems to be a feature that lets players bluff and deceive their way to victory.

War is hell, for attack dogs and humans alike. Just because dogs happen to be cuddlier than humans doesn't mean that they were spared the horrors of war. Activision has responded back to PETA's complaint about killing hostile attack dogs in Call of Duty: World at War.

Previously listed with a May 22 release, Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings is now slated for a June release. No reason was given for the delay, but I heard from the grapevine that Indy slipped on a banana peel. My sources are very reliable.

After years of absence, the new Indiana Jones game is suddenly the next big thing from LucasArts, and will even grace the cover of next month's Nintendo Power. The studio has finally whipped out new details on the Staff of Kings after teasing us with their new trailer.

Graffiti Entertainment, Inc. has just gone gold with Air Conflicts: Aces of World War II for the PSP. This means that all testing and functionality of the game has been completed and the game is ready for manufacturing. Details and the release date in the full article.

A little history is never a bad thing. That's what this launch trailer of Brothers In Arms: Hell's Highway (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC) from Ubisoft gives us as it takes back to the past, all the way to the height of World War II in 1944. It's no quiet time, as you may very well see in the game. It's got guns and blood, and you'll have to think fast and think smart to get out of hell.

Hot off EA CEO John Riccitiello's announcement of a new Need For Speed game, some less exciting revelations were dropped. The publisher revealed that two of their premiere titles won't be coming out until early 2009. The games in question are BioWare's Dragon Age and Pandemic's Saboteur. More details after the jump.
