Capcom has unveiled the system requirements for the upcoming Resident Evil 5 on the PC. The game which features include support for NVIDIA’s new GeForce 3D Vision technology, new costumes and a new and improved mercenaries mode will be released on September 14.

It took a while, but developer JJS has released a new version of PSPdisp, an app that lets you use your PlayStation Portable as an extra PC monitor. Dashhacker has finally released a Windows version of his Open Remote Play app. Now Windows users can get in on the fun and access their PS3s using their laptops or phones. Along with the release of the Windows beta, Dashhacker also released an updated version of the Mac OS X API.

Battlefield 2 is still going, folks. EA/DICE has just rolled out Patch 1.50 Beta 2. Included in the new features list would be the addition of support for Windows Vista, Widescreen resolutions, and Novint Falcon controller.

Homebrew coder luccax has released a new Wiibrew app called WiiWizard. This PC utility is a Visual Studio template for the Nintedo Wii. It will let you install a Wii application template inside your Visual Studio (Express) 2008.

Battlefield 2 fans, this one's for you. Version 1.50 beta patch is now out and available, ready for you to download. Arriving along with is the new Operation Blue Pearl Map, as well as some quickfix in gameplay. List of new features after the jump.
