Developer uberjack has unveiled a new build of the Free Unix Spectrum Emulator (Fuse) emulator for the PSP. Among other updates, version 0.9.0.25 addressed a bug with the sound rendering engine that was causing the application to slow down.

The latest test release of the PlayStation Portable-based Mac Emulator, Basilisk II, is finally here. Homebrew developer J.F. recently announced the new build on the ps2dev.org forums and stated that test release 18 finally addresses the horrible slow downs the emulator has been experiencing over the past versions. It seems like Microsoft and Apple may soon be hand-in-hand once again as evidence of a new crossover utilizing both company's products has recently been sighted. During a recent demonstration at the Citrix Application Delivery Conference in Melbourne, presenters were able to use a client desktop software entitled "XenDesktop" to access Windows sessions over a Citrix server. And after nine months, PSPBEEB is now at version 1.1.0 with a slew of additions since version 1.0.8. Homebrew developer Zx-81 dropped by our forums to announce the release of the PSP-ZX81 v1.1.0 for the PSP. This version introduces IR keyboard support, compatibility with custom firmware 3.x and the PSP Slim, a new and improved speed limiter function and more.
