Upgraded your PSPs to FW 6.20 yet? If so, then you've got the new Digital Comics Reader now on your XMB. The PSN comic service will be launching December, but in the meantime, Sony's giving away a free issue to ease the wait.

Sony has lofty goals for this fiscal year. Banking on the recent success of the PS3 Slim and the round of PS3 price cuts, Sony executive vice president Kaz Hirai has revealed that they plan to hit 13 million PS3s sold worldwide in FY09. They also expect the PlayStation Network to pull in revenues roughly thrice the profits they made last year. More after the jump.

Electronic Arts will be shifting to a higher gear this December with the release of the first downloadable add-on pack for Need for Speed: Shift's PS3 and Xbox 360 versions. Even better, it's gonna be free.

Hiccups may have prevented the game from showing up as scheduled, but Eric Levine and company are hoping to get it ready by later this week.

Heads up to all PlayStation 3 owners! Sony has just revealed some more details about the upcoming PS3 firmware update version 3.10 which is scheduled to arrive "soon". The latest update will incorporate Facebook functionality into the console.

A solo dungeon crawl that puts you in control of a (quite literally) one man army, Vagrant Story's weapons creation system, deeply intricate plot, and Ashley Riot's sheer badassitude has cemented it as one of those games that you can rightly call a true PSOne classic.
