Space Siege - Image 1As of press time, "soon" is ticking at T-minus 3 days and 16 hours. Gas Powered Games' Dungeon Siege-gone-zero gravity has been silent as of late in the press, but it seems that the developers have not been slacking in Space Siege's development. In a few days, we'll be able to see whether the time spent since the last gameplay montage has improved, and what the sci-fi action RPG has to offer us. On ot the full story for just a little more.

E3 2008: Crysis Warhead gameplay in closeup - Image 1Though E3 hasn't seen the participation of PC gaming advocates Intel and Microsoft's Games for Windows initiative, game developer companies weren't held back from announcing their PC projects in the Los Angeles Convention Center. Electronic Arts served up another one of Crysis Warhead's gameplay trailers, only this time they've kept it focused on the action and with its original audio. Video feature embedded at the full story.

Logo of LucasArts' Star Wars: The Force Unleashed - Image 1Only two words can describe a game like LucasArts' Star Wars: The Force Unleashed (Xbox 360, PS2, PS3, PSP, Wii and DS): "absolute power". In a video montage featuring Darth Vader's secret apprentice at his finest, you can watch how the game's unique game physics creates a whole new experience for Star Wars fans by making use of the Force in various (and often sadistic) ways.

Here's three new trailers for The Simpsons Game in anticipation for its release on October 30. The trailers (for the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii) feature Bartman battling it out with Lard Lad, a huge mascot wielding a donut. You might remember the donut titan in one of the series' Halloween specials.

The first trailer shows the fight scene against Lard Lad, where Bartman has to kick his butt... and pull out a few wires while he's at it. The second video shows a clip scene of the after-battle 2D animated sequence, and the third trailer shows a montage of clips from the game (including Lard Lad).

The Simpsons Game will be out for the Xbox 360, Wii, PS3, PS2, PSP and DS by the end of the month. Check out the rest of the trailers after the jump.

It's been a while since we last saw Sonic actually get back into doing what he does best (i.e. running ludicrously fast for a hedgehog) and that's exactly what this gameplay montage video of Sega's Sonic Rivals 2 is about - pure, unadulterated speed. Those without razor-sharp reflexes or quick hand-eye coordination need not apply, as this could be the closest thing we could ever get to the grand old days of games such as Sonic and Knuckles.

In this video, we see Sonic and Tails battling it out head-to-head in what seems to be a forest course. It's to note that the action here is ridiculously quick and smooth, with loops, rails and bouncers all over the place. There's rarely a time where the gameplay lets you keep up, barring that of the sections where you have to climb up poles - but other than that, it's pedal-to-the-metal racing through and through. Very nice.

Enjoy the video!

Here's the first release of Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation in-game footage and it is looking fine. The video was previewed in E3 and has just been released for everyone else who wasn't so fortunate to attend. This is serious flight action going on in Namco's new Xbox 360 exclusive. The video features a montage of battles over a city, mountains and the countryside, all in tense cinematic fashion.

Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation is Namco Bandai's new flight action game features a 16-player multiplayer support (which Namco hopes to bring up to 32) and a single player campaign which throws them into the middle of a war and whose actions dictates its course. A flight stick will also be available for those who want to take the action a step more realistic.

Watch Goku and Broli try to make pita bread out of each other's faces and bodies in this gameplay montage video of Namco Bandai's Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

High-octane martial arts action, brutal over the top attacks, big golden tufts of hair - it's all here, and we're here to to get you up to speed on the brawler that's all about domination. In this video, we see Goku and Broli going at it like the two musclebound saiyans they are - hard, fast, and uncompromisingly violent.

The game has the same spirit as the cartoon: you have to make every attack look as painful as possible. Just watch how Broli throws Goku into the air and slams him down to the ground. Ouch. Anyway, enjoy the video!

Forever Blue - Image 1

Here's something we don't see everyday - a game about deep-sea diving, with emphasis on exploration of the world beneath the waves. Yes, we can't believe it either, but it's here, and coming from none other than Nintendo itself. Coming soon to the Nintendo Wii, it's Forever Blue, and its official website is now open for public viewing.

As you can see, the site itself is themed about the game's subject matter - which is, evidently, deep-sea diving. Clicking on the floating links take you to three gameplay videos, and a picture montage of the various environments you'll be able to explore. What's exciting? The fact that you're given this massive world to explore that only a privileged few can, and from the looks of things, everything's detailed accurately that it's almost like taking a dive yourself.

One thing yours truly found neat is the fact that you can interact with the sea creatures you'll be swimming beside - either by touching them or feeding them. And while we don't know if there's going to be other elements beside exploration to the game, this game could probably be used to teach newbie divers the basics, and help them get over the fear of diving.

Updates about Forever Blue as we get them.
