Judge hammer - Image 1Some guys just don't get it. Remember Erik Estavillo? He was banned from playing Resistance: Fall of Man and the PlayStation Network earlier this year, prompting him to sue Sony for "pain and suffering" caused by the ban, as well as for the money he still had in his PSN account that he can no longer access. His case was dismissed last September 22nd since there was no plausible claim for relief via First Amendment. The case, however, isn't closed just yet folks.

Nintendo Wii and DS - Image 1It's been a head-on collision between Sony and Microsoft the past week with their own respective price cut announcements. Oddly enough, Nintendo remains sitting prettily and quietly. Have they got no plans to launch their defenses in light of the current happenings? Apparently, no, they don't.

Nintendo Weekend Warrior - Image 1With Sony and Microsoft making such big headliners back in E3, the aftermath has left Nintendo a bit unsung. Worry not though, that's what the Weekend Warrior is for, so you can get a quick recap of all things Nintendo that hit the scene this week. Hardware is the name of the game for the past few days, and so we have a one for a pedometer, motion-sensors, and a lie detector.

Metroid: Other M - Image 1Team Ninja's Metroid: Other M was one of the titles that caught fans' attention during Nintendo's E3 presentation last week. There have been a few questions, however. For one, would it be a "proper" Metroid game and not a bastardization of the series? According to Reggie Fils-Aime, series fans can rest assured.

Itagaki-san - Image 1No ill feelings here. Tomonobu Itagaki and his ex-team have moved on - he has a new team, Team Ninja has new projects - and he only has the best wishes for Team Ninja and its new leader, Yosuke Hayashi. It's a refreshing change to see the man behind the sunglasses be so positive for a change and he even had enough compliments to go around. Good for you, Itagaki-san.

Samus Aran - Image 1Even without Tomonobu Itagaki and a few other core members, the members of Team Ninja are still known for their knack for emphasizing female assets. Proof? Check out Rachel in the E3 trailer for Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2. Anyway, now that the Tecmo team is up for a Metroid project, it'd be interesting to know what plans they have for its darling heroine Samus Aran. Will we be seeing more of Samus? Or will they stick to what she's already got?
