The guys from EA Mobile has finally confirmed the release of Rock Band for the iPhone via their Twitter page. The miniature version of Rock Band will support multiplayer, 20 songs, in-game store and more. Check out the gameplay after the break.

The last two characters of the upcoming PS3 exclusive Heavy Rain was finally announced by Quantic Dream's David Cage during a live presentation of the game at GamesCom. According to Cage, the two characters came about from fear, guilt and panic.

Red Faction: Guerrilla (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC) players will be getting more chances to take their sledgehammers to Martian structures and inhabitants thanks to some upcoming DLC announced by THQ. Details after the jump.

Our favorite sweet-toothed monarch is back with an update, and a video! Deb Mars and Matt Morton of Titan Studios gives us the sugary-sweet goods on Fat Princess. They go on about the game's development, right from the very first pieces of concept art (which they shared), the gaming concept, and blending all that together to bring us the sweetest cake game in development right now.

The PS3 won't be the only console getting Spiders Games' action-RPG title, Mars. The game has just recently been announced to be in development for PS3, PC, and Xbox 360. Release has been set for the end of 2010, which is good because this game could definitely use some more polish. Check out the vid after the jump to see what I mean.

Jeff Rubenstein seems to be hoarding the interviews lately, hasn't he? This time, we'll be weight-watching Fat Princess and Jeff's gonna be talking to the producers of this upcoming PSN heavyweight to help give us a better idea of what to expect from the game. Video's inside folks.

Yo Joe! Now we're gettting more screens for the upcoming G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, DS, PSP, Wii.) from Electronic Arts. These are taken from the Xbox 360 version of the title, and the graphics appear to be as cool as Snake Eyes. Check 'em out.

A new game from Spiders Games is sounding like an intriguing mix of Prince of Persia and "Total Recall." The game is titled Mars, and is set in the planet of its namesake.

I know, I know. This one's supposed to be up on Fridays, but I seem to be the only one here who loves writing about PSN's video content updates. Oh well, I hope this still helps though. Anyway, since last week's Comedy Central tie-up brought lotsa great shows over to PSN, it looks like they're not done yet, with new content for American Dad, Family Guy, and others. 3D Virtual Globe (aka 3D Virtual Earth) for the PSP has been updated last week by mifki with a v0.53 release (yeah, we're sure going through quite a backlog of brew during the holidays *hic!*). The biggest addition to this release is that it now has new map layers, including those for both the Moon and Mars!
