Firefox for PS3? - Image 1Now that the new line of PS3s have lost the support for installing Linux, Sony must've felt the need to provide an upgrade for its built-in browser. Hot and fresh out of the rumor mill: Sony is in talks with Mozilla about adding Firefox support for the PS3.

PSP - Image 1Homebrew coder poedel has dropped by our forums to release MultiCountdown, a useful countdown timer for the PSP. Currently, the homebrew only supports the German language but plans to translate the homebrew in English is already in order if the community demands.

PlayStation 3 - Image 1 It looks like Sony is extending their support for schools and universities with courses geared towards computer engineering and programming. At the Develop Conference 2009, SCEE R&D's Sarah Lemarie revealed that a PS3 dev kit designed for academic use is in the works.

ip - Image 1The iPhone DevTeam has updated Ultrasn0w and reds0w to version 0.8. The Ultrasnow update now includes iPhone 3GS support while the redsnow update can now jailbreak the iPhone 3GS, hactivated devices and includes a Linux version of the jailbreak.
