Konami has been around for a very long time. Long before 3D and complex gameplay, the publisher busied itself as a prominent MSX developer. Before the Solid, Metal Gear made its home on the format, right alongside classics such as Contra and Parodius. For another round of retro, Konami's adding 13 MSX games into Virtual Console.

When we hear from Sackboy, it's usually about some game or franchise coming to LittleBigPlanet as downloadable costumes. Today, however, the tables have turned. It's Sackboy's turn to make an appearance in someone else's game and not the other way around. Sackboy is now getting ready to bust out with a little kung fu with Rag Doll Kung-Fu: Fists of Plastic.

Getting ready the purchase some contents on PSN Europe tomorrow? Well SCEE got you covered as they release the full list of update, one day ahead of schedule. This week, you can grab the much awaited PSN game Fat Princess, Watchmen: The End is Nigh part 2 and a demo of Numblast. A free Fight Night Round 4 DLC pack, Rag Doll Kung Fu Time Savers pack and the usual music DLC's round up the list of add-on contents. For the PSP, Unbound Saga will be available this week along with Samurai Warriors and Numblast demo.

Homebrew coder Raz0red has released the second update for Wii7800, a port of ProSystem emulator for the Nintendo Wii. The new update has added lots of features and some more tweak.s.

It's the US PlayStation Store's turn now to roll the list out, and this week features two new downloadable games, two additional classics, and a whole lot of DLC. Rag Doll Kung Fu: Fists of Plastic is available for download this week for free, so be sure to check that one out as well. Complete list in just a click.

The dojo is in danger and saw-faced beasts are closing in. It's gonna be your job to whip out your kung fu moves and literally kick them out of the dojo before your master comes back. Fun concept combined with good graphics make this a very entertaining homebrew game. It even has a demo vid, check it out.

Everybody loves Kung Fu fighting (You saw that coming, I'll bet). You've seen the news, you've seen it on this week's edition of On Shelves, and now here's a little something from Rag Doll Kung Fu: Fists of Plastic to win you over. Mattias Nygren from Tarsier Studios shows us how to pimp our the plastic playthings, and prep them up for the Kung Fu fighting to come.

He may not be as well known as, say, Spider-Man, but Iron Fist remains as one of the more iconic Marvel characters from the 70s. As such, he'll be among the many playable characters appearing in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 (DS, Wii, PS3, PSP, Xbox 360). Not much by way of the PS3 PlayStation Store this week. Just some packs and other miscellaneous content. The usual suspects are there. But as for the PSP Store, Europe's PSN update for this week finally makes the free demo for Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce available.
