PSP Weekend Warrior - Image 1Ah. First off let me just say that this Weekend Warrior is a particularly short one. But hey, we still heard some good PSP news over the week. Konami's finally announced that they're working on English demos for Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, and for those that can read Japanese there's a God Eater demo on the way. Best news so far this week for me, though, is BlazBlue PSP. Hit the jump for this week's PSP Weekend Warrior edition.

Ninety-Nine Nights 2 - Image 1It seems Feelplus' Ninety-Nine Nights II is no longer a Japan exclusive, if Gamefly is to be believed. A listing for the game was recently spotted in the online game rental service's database along with two other Xbox 360 titles.

. - Image 1We've got a bunch of mystery games for you this Halloween week, as well as another one from the blood-curdling line of Ubisoft's Imagine titles, this time with Imagine Babyz Fashion. Headlining the line-up though would be Jak & Dexter for the PSP, the multi-platformer Lego Rock Band, and the new Need for Speed offering for handhelds, NFS: Nitro. Oh, and Band Hero featuring Taylor Swift is also here. Hopefully there'll be no Kanye to interrupt your game this time. Check out the full list in the full article.

Nintendo Weekend Warrior - Image 1After four years of staying on top, it's the first time for the Wii to experience a sales decline. Satoru Iwata owns up to the issue, but remains optimistic about Nintendo bouncing back into the game. Much of that is apparent as early as now - Nintendo is steadily adding more games into WiiWare and Virtual Console, grabbing more big Wiixclusives, unleashing the Black Wii, and even introduces a new king-sized DSi.

Metal Gear - Image 1Konami has been around for a very long time. Long before 3D and complex gameplay, the publisher busied itself as a prominent MSX developer. Before the Solid, Metal Gear made its home on the format, right alongside classics such as Contra and Parodius. For another round of retro, Konami's adding 13 MSX games into Virtual Console.

Saw - Image 1It's been six months since Konami announced Saw for the Xbox 360, the PS3, and the PC, and it would appear that Jigsaw has been spending that time building his in-game death traps. Does the game live up to the intensity of the first movie? Take a look.

PSP Weekend Warrior - Image 1Yes, the PSP Go is still making headlines. The problem is, the main one we heard this week wasn't exactly flattering. The Go has been getting a mostly lukewarm reception since its launch earlier this month, and the trend continues in Australia. There's a silver lining, though: overall PSP sales have reportedly gone up since the Go hit retail. Sony most probably have software sales to thank for that. Oh, and maybe the Go's making people buy PSP-3000s. Just speculating. For the facts, hit the jump and check out this week's PSP Weekend Warrior.
