If Honda's experimental walking assist device design will push through, it will definitely signal a new hope for the elderly or those who have weakened leg muscles to walk again. After all, much has been devoted in this research that began back in 1999. More on this after the jump! |

It's no secret that Nintendo has been making a lot of money over the last few months. At this point, most people would probably expect that the company's stocks would be as good as gold. According to Bloomberg Japan, however, this isn't the case. The video game company's stock dropped by 5.9 percent and ended at an all time seven-month low. Head on over to the full article for more on this. |

Honda Motor Co. has further refined its ASIMO robots. If we may say, the improvements now allow the units to perform functions that seem straight out of a science fiction movie. This generation of robots can not work together with other ASIMOs, actively avoid people, and go back to charging stations when their battery levels drop below a certain level. More details on this can be found in the full article via the "read more" link below. |

Honda has finally unveiled the fuel-hybrid concept car that they've featured way back in 2004. During the recent LA Auto Show, the production version of the FCX Clarity finally made its debut and will hopefully be seen on the roads sometime soon. The car runs on electricity using a hydrogen fuel cell instead of conventional gasoline. So asides from looking pretty sleek, it's pretty eco-friendly for those environmentally conscious drivers. Check out more details of this "green" machine right after the jump! |

We don't know about you guys but we're really looking forward to Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, especially after the developers have detailed the changes to the new game. There are enough changes to the gameplay - as the developer himself states - to credit it as a separate installment to the franchise instead of just "improving" on an old one.Read the full article for more details on the changes in the game. |

While most people in the U.S. would try to sell old, beat-up cars or give them up to scrap heaps just to get rid of them, one man in Nigeria thinks old clunkers can still fly- literally. Mubarak Abdullahi has successfully created a working helicopter made of used car parts and it has made six successful flights so far.Powered by a Honda Civic engine, a body fashioned from a Boeing 747 carcass from a nearby crash site and fitted with seats from an old Toyota saloon, Abdullahi's helicopter has all the basic functions for it to qualify as a basic mode of aviation. This four-seater helicopter is a pretty large model measuring 29 feet in length, about 22 feet tall, and about 16 feet wide. It has never exceeded an altitude of seven feet, but hey, it still works. Abdullahi says he got most of the know-how from the Internet. From the building process to the flying techniques, everything was built with customization and improvisation on the core design of modern choppers. "I watched action movies a lot and I was fascinated by the way choppers fly," recalls Abdullahi. "I decided it would be easier to build one than to build a car." Abdullahi is currently trying to convince the Nigerian government and his wealthy countrymen to sponsor his project for further development. Sadly, the response has been underwhelming so far as nobody seems to show interest. "No one from the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has come to see what I've done. We don't reward talent in this country," he concludes. |

A futuristic car that looks like it came from the set of Minority Report has graced the Los Angeles Auto Show this year. Called the Honda 1^4 (One to the Power of Four), the car runs partly from solar power; but that's not the interesting part. The interesting part is that it splits into four pieces. The car was made with carpooling in mind. The idea is that four people share the car until the point where they have to split up to get to their separate destinations and then the car will split into four single seater pods. Although they are also maneuverable when separate, it doesn't move as fast. It would certainly be interesting to see how this little baby would affect commuting, but it probably won't hit the streets anytime soon (it's still a concept car). On a side note it looks like it was inspired by the Fantastic Four's vehicle. |
