FRYS.com has further lowered the price of their Lexar 4GB Memory Stick Pro Duo, knocking US$ 5 off the previous after-rebate price of US$ 39.99. Those of you looking for a new memory stick can get one now for US$ 34.99. Judging by the screenshot below, that's the actual price. No rebates needed this time. Then again, I never could understand the whole rebate thing.
Opinions are divided among PSP owners as to how reliable Lexar's memory sticks are. Now, I personally haven't used a Lexar before since I'm still using an old SanDisk, but if you need second opinions before you buy one, drop by our PSP forums and ask around. |

Frys.com is obviously serious about selling their newest Wiimote peripherals in the block, the Asid Tech Sword and Shield Kit. The peripherals guarantee that you will "bring your gameplay experience to the next level." As to how that goes, exactly, we're not really sure. But from what can be gleaned from the products, you may attach the shield to the nunchuk, though they didn't really show how this is to be done.
Then again, these are on sale for only US$ 30, so if you can't buy the more expensive collectible Zelda items that we have around, you may opt for this one. However, you'll have to put your artistic hat on and get creative with paint, probably, to get this plastic peripherals that much needed zing to turn it into your very own Wii bling. Just remember: These "Zelda" items? They aren't stylized with the coat of arms of Hyrule... sigh. |

Yeah, Sony bumped up to the 8GB Memory Stick PRO Duo, but if the price is still too high for you (it will cost roughly US$ 326), then thank heavens for 4GB Memory Stick PRO Duo deals. QJ reader Akaikishi informs us (thanks for the tip!) that Lexar's 4GB Memory Stick PRO Duo Platinum II is selling for US$ 39.99 after rebate. Check out the screen cap if you don't believe us.
The deal over at FRYS.com can be accessed via our Read link below. Originally priced at US$ 64.99, you could snag it for 40 bucks after rebate. So if you're not swimming in pools of money and you can't buy an 8GB memory stick, don't feel sad because more deals like this is sure to come our way. |

If you're the type who fills up memory cards faster than homebrew developers can churn out homebrew programs for your PlayStation Portable (PSP), then listen up as this bargain tip from SlickDeals.net may just be for you. As it turns out, Frys is currently offering a US$ 20 rebate for its stocks of the 4GB SanDisk Memory Stick PRO Duo. Normally priced at US$ 69.99, the rebate will allow users to get the 4GB worth of extra memory for a mere US$ 49.99. Considering that the 4GB SanDisk Memory Stick Pro DUO used to cost about US$ 280 some time last year, this fifty bucks may not be such a bad deal. To grab this offer, just simply save the rebate form which agermats has kindly put up for everyone, then print out the form, fill it out, and mail it off. We are currently unable to find this memory card at the Frys website itself, but agermats has also included a page printout of the product page which mentions the rebate, so you might want to check that one out as well. |

Months back, we talked about the SanDisk 4GB memory stick being sold at Google Checkout for US$ 65. Well, sadly, a good deal doesn't last forever and checking the same website now, its price tag went up to roughly 80 bucks. So you're thinking you've missed out on the chance to buy it for a lesser price? Think again. This time around, its Frys.com who's selling the same memory disk for a cheaper price - US$ 70 (69.99 to be really exact). The humongous 8GB Sony memory stick is already available for pre-order for roughly 300 greenbacks, but if you don't have that much money in your pockets, then the Frys offer could do for now. Let's wait and see if the Frys.com offer gets sweeter in the coming days, but for now, clicking on the read-link below will take you to the Frys site. |

FRYS.com's fall price drops are gonna save you a bit of money if you fancy having a brand new 4GB Memory Stick Pro Duo in your PSP. The online store has a SanDisk Ultra II 4GB Memory Stick Pro Duo for just US$ 89.99 after a US$ 30 rebate. Yes, that's even cheaper than a fake 4GB memory stick from on eBay, which go for an average of US$ 104 including shipping charges. Buying from Frys means you'll have a genuine memory stick, as it'll come directly from the Fry's warehouse instead of Hong Kong. This isn't one of the cheap memory sticks either - it's the SanDisk Ultra II 4GB Memory Stick Pro Duo featuring 9MB/sec write and 10MB/sec read speed. You'll never fall behind on your latest homebrew games. Fry's will even ship your product on the same day for speedy delivery. You'll have to hurry though as the US$ 30 mail-in rebate is only valid until November 14th 2006. It's certainly a price slash when you compare it to the Sony 4GB pro duos, which were considered pretty cheap back in April. |

Over at FRYS.com, you can get your Wii Pre-Order, however, it has to go by the bundle. Costing US$ 679.90, you might think that' s a pretty hefty price for some pre-order. But before you jump to your conclusions on the pricing, check out first what's included in the bundle. Apart from the console, you'd also get a bunch of launch titles along with it. Is the line-up worth it? Well, if you've got GT Pro Series, Madden 07, Legend of Zelda, Marvel Ultimate Alliance, Call of Duty 3, Rampage Total Destruction, Super Monkey Ball, Rayman Raving Rabbids, and Red Steel, we're pretty sure that's more than enough to convince you that it's one heck of a good deal. Or not. It's not good. It's friggin' great. Anyhow, if you're gonna purchase, keep in mind that they do impose a limit of one pre-order per household. That is if you purchase it between November 1st and 17th. You can check out the site on the Read link below. |
