Xbox Live - Image 1Microsoft is definitely making sure that no profanity gets through their Xbox Live gates, so much so that their list of forbidden words include those that even the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) are not aware of. In fact, they've even included fictional obscenity used in TV  as well as the really obscure sex acts.

PSP Weekend Warrior - Image 1You know all those complaints about the proprietary UMD format for the PSP? They don't really matter now because Sony wasn't planning on having it as a PSP game format for very long. In fact, the plan was to release a PSP that had no UMD drive all along. That's what Sony is saying anyway. Up to you whether you believe it or not, but one thing's clear: Sony is putting all its weight behind digital distribution. I just hope it doesn't become the standard before I get a better internet connection. All this and more in the PSP Weekend Warrior.

Asus logo - Image 1After seeing both Sony and Microsoft come up with their plans to release their own motion sensing controllers - or at least, rumored to be - it's not much of a surprise at all to see other companies follow suit. We're talking about the Asus Eee, by the way, and somehow drawing a connection between the ultraportable laptop and the games console may be a bit of a stretch...until you see some similarities in the FCC exhibits report image. Check out how the upcoming Asus Eee Stick motion-sensing peripheral after the jump.

Motorola logo - Image 1From the world of the ever-informative FCC exhibits comes the new Motorola A810, a Linux-powered touchscreen mobile stuffed with all the necessary good stuff such as handwriting recognition, FM radio, among others. There's something amiss about it though: the lack of bandwidth required for it to work with U.S. mobile carriers. More on this intriguing device in the full article!
