borderlands - Image 1Gearbox Software's upcoming downloadable content for Borderlands is said to add around six more hours of new gameplay. Titled "The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned", the first DLC pack will be available tomorrow on Xbox 360 and PS3. So while waiting for the additional content to arrive, how about we take a look at the launch trailer first.

Resident Evil 5 - Image 1When Capcom asked its community members if they wanted DLC or a separate game for Resident Evil 5 Alternative Edition, they really wanted answers. As it turns out, more folks and heavier reasoning said they'd rather have DLC. Giving in to consumer preference, the publisher decided to have the version as downloadable content.

PSP Go owners as well as the die hard PSP gamers will surely have plenty of reasons to celebrate this week as Sony promises to release over a hundred new PSP games including the PSP minis, that is now available for download. PSN - Image 1While we have yet to hear of any concrete details regarding the PSN Game Cards for the UK PSP Go when it launches next month, at least we can cling on to the confirmation of Sony UK that there will indeed be PSN Game Cards coming to the region.

Xbox Live - Image 1Microsoft was quite pleased with how summer turned out for Xbox Live Arcade, with three releases topping the XBL charts coming from Summer of Arcade - Shadow Complex, Trials HD and Marvel vs. Capcom 2. Thanks to Summer of Arcade, XBLA sales shot up 200%. It won't stop there - there's more to come on XBLA to close out the season, so despite the cool breeze starting to blow, the heat ain't over for Microsoft just yet.
