After the slew of mostly PC games last week, this time around we're going to have the same boatload of PC releases with a smattering of Nintendo Wii and DS games, and the occasional XBLA shoot-em-up in between. The gaming line-up is diverse, however. It was merely a rumor before, but now, Destineer finally announced it: Iron Chef America: Supreme Cuisine will be bringing the Kitchen Stadium right into your homes via Nintendo Wii and DS. Details are chopped, marinated, grilled, and served in the full article. It's chow time, fellow chefs!

Destineer has just confirmed the rumors about an upcoming video game for the Nintendo Wii. The company just sent us a press release announcing Summer Sports: Paradise Island for March 2008.

According to a rumor we've picked up, publisher Destineer might be working on a Wii release of Iron Chef  - we can't imagine how this culinary title will work - and a game titled Summer Sports. Both are currently scheduled for a 2008 release, based on a GameStop post that was recently taken down. More details are in the full article.

Enjoying your holidays? Video game companies apparently also took a break, since we didn't see any releases last week and there's barely a handful this time. Nintendo Wii owners itching to get their hands behind the wheel can pick up Destineer's quad bikes or monster trucks, while the enthusiast can also try British motor racing out.
