Homebrew dev JK108 has released a new mod for SofiyaCat's PSPTube app. If you haven't heard about it yet, PSPTube is a homebrew app that lets you watch flash videos from sites like YouTube and DailyMotion on your PSP.

Waninkoko has released the latest Custom IOS36 Wii custom firmware, bumping it up to rev 7. Most of the changes involve improvements to the DIP plugin. Meanwhile, he's also rolled out MenuPatcher v1.0, which goes hand in hand with cIOS36 rev 7.

Here's an update to an old favorite: Cpasjuste's Custom Firmware Extender. This isn't an official release though, it's just a minor mod from CoMbiNa, who updated CFE v3.0's RemoteJoyLite to the latest release, version 0.18.

Japanese coder Yasusoft seems to have managed to hack the DSi handheld already. Man, already? The story is this: He was able to borrow his friend's unit (he didn't have his own because the units sold out after launch!), and after three days, he was successful in running unsigned code: a "Hello World" app in the Photo Channel. Remember lmtlmt and yongobongo's old XMB Destroyer game? QJ.NET forums member phlippi has done some work on it and made it playable on PSPs running custom firmware 5.00-M33. The app has also been made playable on PSP Slims.
