PS3 Weekend Warrior - Image 1 Four games dominated the bulk of the hot gaming news that hit the PS3 blog this week -- Uncharted 2, God of War III, LittleBigPlanet, and Killzone 2. The latter two have already been out for a while now but thanks to continued support from their respective developers, PS3 gamers have been getting a steady supply of new content post-launch. As for the first two titles, well, if you're a PS3 owner and you haven't heard of them yet then you really should try and look for another place to live in. I hear sleeping under rocks isn't good for your health.

GDC 09 - Image 1The nominations are in, the tallying's over, and the GDC 09 Developers' Choice Awards have come and gone. The big winners this year were Fallout 3, which got the Game of the Year award, and LittleBigPlanet, which won in 4 different categories. The Winners of The Second Annual Xbox LIVE Arcade Awards - Image 1Microsoft has announced the winners of this year's Xbox Live Arcade Awards and unsurprisingly, the winner as voted on by fans for Game of the Year is Castle Crashers. The game also won Best Original Game and Best Co-op Mode.

Castle Crashers and Braid are expensive, but probably worth it. - Image 1Via the Japanese XBLA blog, we've found out what appears to be the final price for the upcoming Summer of Arcade games for Xbox Live. What's interesting to note is that two of these games will be quite expensive, with one of them potentially becoming the most expensive XBLA game to date if the information holds true.
