Woopsi v0.36 is out for the DS. This release should get things tidied up a bit more as, according to developer ant152, this is the move from the standard namespace to a dedicated "WoopsiUI" namespace. More details and changelog after the jump.

It's been a while since we last saw an update to the DS homebrew sprite library PAlib, but here it is! Veteran devs and novice programmers alike can finally enjoy the latest build of PAlib (version 080823), compiled and released by developer Sweater Fish Deluxe. DS homebrew developer Ant512 has just been able to come up with the latest build of his GUI Development Library, namely Woopsi v0.32. The latest release has a lot of bug fixes and a couple of new features as well. Get to know this application by reading about in the full article.

Ant512 has released a new version of Woopsi, now called Woopsi v0.27. For those who haven't heard of it, Woopsi v0.27 is a GUI Development Library based on the AmigaOS windowing system. In other words, it helps coders make user interfaces for their homebrew projects.

Ant512 is back again, with the latest release of the Woopsi GUI developer's kit for the DS. This C++ coded kit based on the AmigaOS UI will give other DS coders a convenient template for creating UIs for their own homebrew projects.

Ant512, a homebrew developer specializing in Nintendo DS applications is trying to break the groundwork for other homebrew coders with the Woopsi homebrew, which aims to create a simple windowing system that programmers can use for their own applications.

Written in C++, Woopsi v0.24 is loosely based on the Commodore Amiga's "Intuition" windowing system. The GUI itself works everything in a "screen" environment, and the look and feel of the system intentionally resembles the old Amiga System.
