That's right folks! A demo of Crysis running on the iPhone has been achieved. AMD recently held a press
event showcasing their latest next-gen GPU architecture. The company
together with software partners held an on-hand demonstration of their
own application using AMD's technology. One of those partner is OTOY,
an upcoming network gaming company demoed Crysis running on the iPhone
by rendering the game on a remote server, compresing the frames and
then sending it back to the client in a versy small chunk. |

The system requirements for the PC version of Batman: Arkham Asylum (PS3, Xbox 360, PC) just came in, so if you're looking to play this one on your beloved PC, be sure to check the list out. It's nowhere near as demanding as say, Crysis, but if your PC has weathered the years, then maybe it's time for a little upgrade. Do you have what it takes? Literally. |

It seems to have been in development forever doesn't it? The long wait for Mercenaries 2: World in Flames finally seems to be coming to an end though, we've got the minimum and recommended specs right here. Will you need a supercomputer to run it? Will the 8800GT remain triumphant? The suspense is killing me!Click on for decency's sake! |

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare ran pretty darn well on just about everything and World at War is built on the same engine, so these decidedly reasonable minimum requirements come as no surprise. Of course if you want to to play the game at a cornea melting 2560 x 1600, you might have to get one of these bad boys. So, do you make the grade? |

In a string of luck, AMD's best graphics solution for this season comes a good three weeks before Spore and Crysis Warhead has a chance to whisper, "Peek-a-boo!" You can bet that every brand out there who's been sticking with ATI video cards has a special kit for you bleeding edge techies, but just how much moolah are we going to shell out for a Radeon HD 4870 X2? AMD isn't done serving the little market they managed to carve out of an idea brought about by Epic Games' Mark Rein. While folks new to the scene are probably still getting down and dirty with their AMD 780-based boards, the Germany-based company decided it was time to hike the bar a bit higher with the 790GX. Details come at you at the full story. |

It's like a geek's dream come true - two ladies you've always wanted for the price (and mass-energy ratio) of one. Or something like that. While Intel's really busy with Larabee, the Germany-based Advanced Micro Devices decided that they could do with their own version of CPU-GPU technology. Everyone expected this from the beginning: the unison of CPU (AMD) and the GPU (ATI) into a mesmerizing package. How it took this long to come to realization, you won't find out at the full story. Read on for more claims, instead. |
