Developer PsyCadelik didn't have much to say about his XNA Game Studio Express by Microsoft">XNA work. There isn't a readme in the archive either. So to be on the safe side, you better consider that this nostalgic XNA take on the old Digger games may do weird things to your system.
If you're too young to recall the old digger games available for the PC's and the Arcades back then don't worry-- like most games those days, everything is easy to figure out after you pick it up. Collect the coins, don't connect with enemies. General stuff like that.
As usual the XNA stuff have to be set up on your system for this to work. Extract the archive and just run the code. Download the file by clicking on the link below.
