Ó

Xbox has just released this week's top played Xbox Live games. As you can see, Halo 2 is currently owning the top slot; however, a lot of gamers are doubtful if it'll stay there for long as it faces serious competetion with Oblivion. With the upcoming installments, Oblivion will definitely make a move to snatch the Alpha spot. Here's the complete list:

1. Halo 2
2. Oblivion
3. Ghost Recon 3
4. Call of Duty 2
5. BFMC (Original Xbox)
6. EA SPORTS™ Fight Night Round 3
7. PGR3
8. Perfect Dark Zero
9. DEAD OR ALIVE 4
10. Battlefield 2: MC Demo

People log on to xbox live and then play oblivion. There's no multiplayer portion, but people still log in to view friends, chat, and other stuff like that.

Halo 2 won't be knocked off it's pedestal for a long time, I can guarantee that.

# How does that work?Guest 2006-04-08 11:20
I wouldn't exactly count that as "playing" Oblivion online. There's not even any multiplayer at all. Being logged in to XBL and playing a campaign by yourself should hardly be considered "playing [the game] online."

I think they should only count games being played online in the xbox live's top ten count. Becuase of that I'll stay logged in when playing Graw single player just so it can overcome oblivion. :)

i believe it records by hours not people playing.

and just leaving your account logged in wont make any difference. there are MILLIONS OF hours logged in by various gamers across the globe. it would take you a year of constant gaming to make an impact on the hours played, and by then its so diluted it wont make a difference.

retards its based on how many people logged in not how long. get your facts right.
