It has only been a few days and here's the third post regarding this camera. Here's the first and second. XBOX Live Vision Camera will work both for the PC and Mac (just google for a download upgrade).

Here she is.

Notice that it's standing on a disk and near an average ballpen? It's THAT small. Here's the side and back view.

Here it is sitting on top of the monster that is Xbox 360. Notice as well that it's colored white vs. the black XBOX 360. So nice, eh? There's supposed to be a knob as well to adjust the focus lens. See the green ring glowing? Hypnotizing...

As you turn the camera and 360 on, this appears (good dog, now let's play Halo!) Nice thing is that you can change the light settings based on the room and lighting available.

Here's our Starfish friend, Patrick, taking his picture and sending a message.

Here he is again, getting freakier by the second. Yep, you can add effects.

Another cool feature is that you can have two pictures attached to your gamecard. A public (visible to the Xbox universe) and the private one (visible to people on your list).

That's it. Right now it can only take pictures, but knowing Microsoft - video capability will be included (we're still waiting for that Free Throw Shot-heckling thing). We'll post new pictures and news as soon as we get them (...like in a few hours).

The Xbox Live Vision Camera will zoom in our homes this September.

» Looks like a real

bag of *****e.

At least the ps2 cam was black and slick looking. This looks like an anal probe.

» black 360

is that the black knight 360 case mod? looks sweet. so the camera doesn't even work with uno yet? PS. those ad's with looped sound effects are REALLLY annoying.

Your comment is especially stupid since Sony is the one copying everything and everyone

» yea

its looks like its decent quality and all but i just dont see how much of a need there is for it, i mean sure it would be cool to have but do i really feel the need to spend 50 bucks on it?

P.S. ps3 fanboys are gettin really old by now so cut the ***** out

» Microsoft copy sony?

Sony fanboys...how dare you call Micosoft thiefs. Just go play with your (lack of) Dual Shock 3. As of a couple months ago, tilt technology was a stupid idea until Sony put it in there controller. I'm sorry, i'm usually an unbiased person and enjoy all sorts of video games, but Sony has taken a couple cheap shots since E3. Don't get me wrong, the PS3 has potential, but let's give credit where it is due.

» copy

microsoft copied everything sony did. they took the controller layout, the dvd playback feature, and now they take the eye-toy. now everybody got on sony about the tilt function and thats far different from nintendo's motion sensing. the ps3 controller is more like plane controles, and nintendo is like an actual arm. now microsoft copies and people say its cool. F microsoft because people are always on their d-i-c-ks.

» I agree

m$ is too big and bloated to come up with any new ideas. It's all too easy to copy then kill off the competition.

They have a huge hate factor but they still act like they invented the wheel.

Burn Redmond burn

» BS.

"Notice as well that it's colored white vs. the black XBOX 360. So nice, eh?"

Racism, eh?

BTW, lemme list all the thins Sony has copied from Microsoft and Nintendo.

1. "Motion sensitive controller". -Wii

2. Hard Drive. -360

3. "PS3 online play". (Xbox Live) 360

4. "PS3 online Marketplace" (Xbox Live Market Place) 360

5. "PS3 arcade". (Xbox Live Arcade) -360

6. "Entitlements." (Achievements) -360

7. "High deffinition support". -360

8. "HD DVD playback". -360

But one thing they didn't manage to copy......

THE PRICE TAG!!!

HAHAHAHAHA!

Have fun spending that $599,

Mdubz
