This week's news bin for Microsoft and the Xbox 360 is full of challenges: For starters, Peter Molyneux talks challenges for the new Fable game; there's Bethesda having more than a challenge trying to make The Pitt work out; a different kind of challenge arises for the 360 when an ex-Bungie dev claims Killzone 2 can run on it; and challenging Microsoft for his rights is Jamie Durrant, who successfully got a settlement for getting abused in the office.

  • Poor Bethesda is really having a tough time with The Pitt for Fallout 3, making a third attempt at trying to sort it all out. Link
  • Peter Molyneux challenges simplicity with a slight tease as to how the new Fable game will be like, saying that it's not gonna be an RPG. Link
  • Map Pack 1 for World at War sets Xbox Live record, but they didn't say how many downloads it got. Link

  • Lionhead dev Jamie Durrant receives some form of vindication after getting a settlement from Microsoft for the homophobic discrimination in the office against him. Link
  • An ex-Bungie developer claims that Killzone 2, a game described to be a symbol of the PS3's power, can be done on the 360. Now that's a challenge. Link
