Peter MooreIt seems that good news for every gaming console are rampant nowadays. Recently, MS mentioned that the Xbox 360 has a software attach rate of 5.3 units to each console. Those figures do not include Xbox Live Arcade titles. Bottom line - most of those who buy 360 games do not re-sell them or give 'em away.

Not only that, VP Peter Moore is also proud of the Xbox Live Service's performance. In a recent note to the press, he believes that the Xbox Live Service is on its way to attaining MS' target of six million users by June.

He also divulged that 70% of Xbox Live members have downloaded content (be it a demo or new items) from the Marketplace. According to their figures, 100 million pieces of content and 20 million Live Arcade titles have already been downloaded.

With regards to the 10.4 million units sold by the end of 2006, the company is expecting to ship around 13-15 million 360's by the end of the fiscal year.

I hardly ever bought games before the 360 but with the multiplayer mode now implemented on most games together with xbox live I just can't resist, the whole xbox live service is spot on and there are so many good games out and many more AAA titles coming between now and March and added together with my HDTV I wouldn't sell any because when you finish or get bored with single player the multiplayer mode on them all is just so good there is no point.

Try a game of multiplayer Moto GP on the 360 (maybe a xbox1 portover but hopefully next one will be next gen only) but the people who play play it for fun they don't care if they don't win the whole atmosphere over the headsets is great and the abuse I used to get on the PC i.e Counter Strike when I was the "ADMIN ON MY SERVER" is non existent.

Games don't come free they are part of a bundle deal just like every other machine has.
