Xbox 360 logo - Image 1Microsoft is definitely strutting its wares at the Game Developers Conference (GDC) 2007. Some people may miss J Allard, the Corporate Vice-President who oversaw the design and engineering of the original Xbox as well as the Xbox Live, but Allard did a good job, and the games, as they say, can speak for themselves.

On Tuesday, March 6, Microsoft will be featuring a couple of 45-minute demos for exciting titles like BioWare's Mass Effect, Lionhead's Fable 2, as well as a demo of the much-talked about Blue Dragon from Mistwalker. On that day, new additions and builds will also be revealed for Forza Motorsport 2 and cross-platform game Age of Conan.

We've heard that Electronic Arts (EA) will be bringing Crysis and Hellgate: London to GDC in San Francisco, but we are kind of more interested in Pandemic Studios' Mercenaries 2: World on Fire. The Orange Box from Valve Corporation will also be there, and EA will showcase a playable Xbox 360 version of Portal.

New and exciting Xbox Live Arcade (XBLA) games will also be revealed. More on these as GDC develops.
