Xbox 360 avatars will be awarded clothes from games |

Clothes make the man. And the woman. And their respective avatars. According to Rare, Xbox 360 games will soon give player avatars new clothes and accessories through games, much like achievements. This makes me sad. This means my avatar will have a larger wardrobe than I do.
Says art director Lee Musgrave: "In timeÂ… games will be able to give away clothes and accessories just like Achievements." And according to producer Stacey Law, groups have already expressed interest in the idea: "We are currently working with multiple partners who have expressed interest in using Avatars."
I hope this mean that our avatars will get Street Fighter costumes when SFIV comes out, just like Home will.

batman and wolverine are my all time fave comic characters. a cape and cowl would be welcome additions to my wardrobe.
Now I get to dress up my childish little avatar with more clothes......like a barbie doll. I hope to god the next console does not bring this stupid avatar system along with it.

It would be cool, but MS said way before releasing the NXE that if they ever did Avatar clothing rewards the clothes will never be from mature games/mature things in general.
I know they specifically said stuff like a Master Chief costume and Lancer + COG outfit would never happen, and pretty much any weapon is out of the question, but I think superhero clothes would be alright.
I'm not getting my hopes up tho
Now we get to see about 300k people dressed as a Master Cheif...
I personally wouldn't mind dressing in WW2 attire.
