Just a little more...

And who says that you can never be a celebrity by sitting in your living room and happily playing video games? Well, in the case of the Xbox 360 gamer StripClubDj, it looks like he WILL become a celebrity soon enough - just by sitting in the living room and happily playing video games.

All of this fanfare can pretty much be credited to a fair investment of time and effort, as this guy has already managed to get his gamerscore up to 99,224 which is a mere 776 points away from the ever-so-big 100,000-point mark (as of this writing). Now, that's a lot of gaming right there!

As we can see from his gamercard, the guy is currently busy with Eragon, and Marvel Ultimate Alliance, as well as Defender, Civil War, and Cabela's Safari. See? It's always better to achieve something through your own effort instead of, you know, buying the prestige.

Just a little more! Stay tuned as we see just how soon he'd reach that mark.

(And thanks to Projectionist for the heads up!)

» they all cheated

all the people in the top 10 gamerscore listing are proven cheaters. they copied savegames various ways to increase their gamerscore.

» they did

Absolutely true, I accidentily did something just like that one time, but it didn't effect my score. My friend beat Need For Speed and brought over his memory card popped it in and it added all of the points to a different profile on my 360. Complete rubbish to the true 360 players out there. I challenge anyone of them in COD3 or COD2. My profile name is "TMFNDURNIL" holla!

» hmm

i currently have 1100 gamerpoint things and i dont care about it at all. the points dont represent skill or time spent it reflects money they spend on games, if you bought every game out there and played it for about n hour you could have 100k points too

Yeah right, these guys are known to trade save games with each other. He probably only earned half of that actually playing the games.

Of course its all hacks and saves. Look at the first 25 or so games on stripclubdjs list, he got the 1000 all within a couple hours of each other.

» re:

I have a 360 and I think achivements are a good idea as they help you see what level other players are at, but these guys are losers, either they spent way too much time cheating to impress nobody our they have absolutuely no lives! It would have took them long enough to even buy all those games never mind play them to death...

by Dan - 2006-12-16 09:06
