XBLA: Track & Field this Wednesday, more to follow |
Ó
Button mashing. It's probably one of the most basic human instincts of a gamer. So, when a button-mashing game that hails from 1983 comes running into the Xbox Live Arcade, you can bet your sore thumbs on a (s)mash hit reincarnation.Following last week's Marathon: Durandal and Spyglass Board Games, a press release from Microsoft has announced the incoming title for this XBLA Wednesday: Konami's Track & Field.
The game features online leaderboards and track time records, plus a four player mode on one console or over XBL. Dashing into the finish line at 400 MS Points, the game will arrive on August 8, Wednesday, 09:00 GMT.
In the same press release, they've also given us a sneak peak of what to expect in the future:
- Ecco the Dolphin
- Hexic 2
- War World
- Geon: Emotions
- Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords
- Space Giraffe
- Streets of Rage 2
- Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix
17 Jumps Dante's Inferno DLC release schedule
