XBLA: Puzzle Quest will get expansion pack, naming contest open |

Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords, which garnered a ton of awards during the Game Connect: Asia Pacific Awards, just got itself a new downloadable expansion pack for its Xbox Live Arcade version.
The expansion pack, has tons of new content, including new spells (always a good thing), quests, and even a new archenemy. For now, the expansion pack is code-named Puzzle Quest: 1.5 and will go live this Spring.
Gamers also get to have a chance to name the expansion pack. Starting today until March 21, gamers can go to the Puzzle Quest website (linked below) and submit their game title suggestions. The winner will be announced on April 2.
As for the expansion pack itself, here's a sampling on what you can expect:
- Four new Hero professions: Bard, Rogue, Ranger and Warlock
- An expansive new area on the Southern Map
- 25 new quests
- 50 new spells
- 40 new items
- New monsters and bosses
- New archenemy: Antharg, the Lord of Plague
