With this videogame generation being inundated with First Person Shooters, it's pretty much a given that developers have to add an extra something to spice up the experience some. That's what Valve's done with Left 4 Dead(Xbox 360, PC), giving the game not only convincing characters, stellar voice acting, team-based gameplay and a very tense soundtrack, but also zombies.

Lots of zombies.

And that's exactly what we see here in this video gameplay update of the squad-based shooter. Left 4 Dead takes what you thought you knew about the walking undead and literally throws it out the window - much like a certain zombie shooter from Capcom did. Featuring not only fast-moving zombies that not only attacked in swarms, the title also features different types of the undead - one in particular that barfs out blood.

The gameplay here is quite intense, fast-paced and very edge-on-your-seat stuff, what with the characters spouting lines that really humanize their struggle. And of course, the zombies themselves, attacking everything and everyone in sight.

Embeds are below, you know what to do. Enjoy the videos!
