Saints Row OST

This is probably the longest soundtrack list we've ever laid eyes on. I am quite ashamed that I know so few of the artists that were listed on the list. Given that Saints Row revolves around a very urban environment, it is not surprising to see a bulk of the tracks to be from the hip-hop and rap genre. There are a few rock cuts that lost their way in the crowd like Iggy Pop's Wild America, Mountain Song by Jane's Addiction and Of All The Gin Joints In All The World by Fall Out Boy. Iggy Pop and Jane's Addiction I can understand, but Fall Out Boy? I personally like the band, but really now.

The only familiar names to me, when it comes to the rap genre are the almost mainstream ones like Ghostface, Raekwon, the legendary Wu Tang Clan and the world's fastest rapper by the Guinness Book of Records in 1992, Twista. We now all know how the gameplay of Saints Row goes: Basically, you try to exist in a dog-eat-dog gangstar world while trying to get your 'props' pursuing a crime-oriented career within the streets of a violence-prone city. Hoping to boost this 'gangster feel', a list of gang-themed music was compiled to be merged in the game's virtual environment. Here they are:

To #3

No, I also noticed this. It does look horrible. The picture resolution is accually very high, but its size has been reduced so much that it looks horrible. Hint for Anna S. Try making the picture clickable instead of rushing it through to earn your 5 bucks or so for the article.

Well...

to number 8, so what if GTA4 is coming out late 2007, it doesnt nessesarily mean that it will be better than saints row. It's all down to how good the developer can make it.

Saints Row

By the way the game doesn't look that bad. Thats just a very bad image [i dont know where QJ.net gets their images from but they need to make more of an effet to find high res images] I played the game/demo and its a lot of fun, it may not be a GTA beater [but that takes a lot of doing and Rockstar are just gods] But i like it and plus its online which adds to the already massive replay value.
