haha, this looks like a mixture of Doom and Unreal Tournament, and not even bad. ( I've never played any Serious Sam games)
I used to have this game, it was a decent game but I can almost guarantee you it hasn't aged well and will be bad, I don't care how much they pretty up the graphics, it looks like the same game. It'll be the xbla version of punisher no mercy, but for 15 bucks. Remember turtles in time? that game was great wasn't it :)
