Here's a video of ~~Gears of War 3~~ Tecmo's Quantum Theory. Kidding aside, the game actually looks pretty fun, especially the mechanic where Syd throws his female partner Fillena at enemies for some fasball special action. That starts happening around halfway through the video, by the way.

Quantum Theory is currently tracking a March release in North America. It used to be a PS3 exclusive but will now be available for Xbox 360 as well.

This game could have promise, though it looks like a poor-mans Gear of War intertwined with Capcoms Lost Planet(the 1st one), and a bit of Beserk. Now this isnt a bad thing, but could be. Also there are WAY too many :clover points" through a level. Atleast if your going to put cover points, make them cars, alien cars/ships pillars, but NOT things that always llok like the same crap over and over.. ugh

it's refreshing to see a brand new original title in a world where every other game is a rip off or sequel.

and it also adds something that reminds me of another game about a Prince who's not really a Prince and takes place in a place that isn't really Persia. I can't seem to remember the name of it. All I know is you could throw a girl at your enemies as well. Had a nice blue light instead of this white one though when she attacked.

The aesthetic reminds me of Coded Arms, and the environments look a bit like Devil May Cry and Oblivion and Prince of Persia rolled into one. Not sure what to think of this. Doesn't look coherent or realistic, as in it doesn't look like it's anywhere on Earth. Gameplay is Gears of war. Its derivative, only new thing is throwing the girl really
