The Zune HD launches on September 15, so we'll probably have to wait a couple of days before Microsoft formally announces what it's capable of in terms of gaming. No word yet on what kind of games Microsoft will be rolling out for it either, but I'm inclined to think of something along the lines of Sony's PSP Minis.

I can't wait till I get my hands on one of these :)
I already have an 80GB Zune but the improvements in this model are more than enough to justify a purchase. And the fact that there's no camera is actually a bonus for me; I work in a government research lab where we can't bring in anything with a camera (for security purposes), so I can bring this along with me.
Looks interesting. Anything that'll keep Nintendo, Sony and Apple on their toes is only a good thing.
Next thing u know Freeplay will be the cause of resident evil 6 on the real world lol.
seems very interesting but the commercial is so...bland
back when the zune came out it was really cool because it could do things that the ipod couldn't do. But now that the ipod touch exists I don't see the point of this buying one of these over it

Actually I was thinking the iPod touch and iPhone.
I have a 30gb white and i still love it, but its falling apart lol..the screen is scratched up so much its distracting :)
you have to have a dock, and then you can hook it up to your tv to watch it in 720p. I wish you could on the screen though, that would be amazing...

Because Apple gave its higher paying customers the shaft by not introducing any new features to it, and instead gave tons of stuff to the stupid iPod Nano. So f*ck em, I'll buy MS's product now. At least it has RADIO

Not true, I hate Microsoft with a passion BUT I am not a Sony fanboy. Theres only three home consoles, PS3, Wii and 360. I picked the PS3 because the 360 is a Microsoft product and the Wii doesn't have any good M rated games.
