Undertow gets Path of the Elect expansion pack this week

Good news, Undertow fans. The 2007 XBLA Game of the Year (according to Official Xbox Magazine, anyway) will be getting its first downloadable content this week in the form of the Path of the Elect expansion pack.

Path of the Elect comes with a full, five-level campaign featuring both single-player and co-op modes. There's also a new playable race known as the Elect, a fanatical alien race that seeks to rule the earth.

On the multiplayer side of things, Path of the Elect also has four new multiplayer maps. Gamers can also choose to play as the Elect in multiplayer games, bringing the number of playable races to four.

Undertow: Path of the Elect goes live on March 5. You can purchase and download a copy of the expansion pack for 400 MS points.
