Ubisoft logo - Image 1Bad news for the Xbox 360 consoles owners, at least if you're waiting for America's Army, and happen to live in Europe. Game publisher Ubisoft has just sent out word that they plan to release America's Army: True Soldier exclusively to America, with no plans being made for a Europe release for this US Army-sponsored tactical FPS game.

That's all the info we've got lined up for the moment, although readers can also pick up on gameplay snippets via a video we picked up the other day. What's next, a region-specific "Army" game per country?

Russia's Army has a pretty good ring to it, and we imagine Victor Suvorov wouldn't mind being approached for consultation. We'd like to hear from the Europe readers on their thoughts on this announcement, even as America's Army: TS readies for its September launch for North America.

Hmm

Cool to see that a game that started out for the PC is coming over to the 360 i might get it. The graphics for it on the PC for it being free were great!
