You're seen it in E3 2009, you've seen the concept design released by Microsoft, but have you seen Project Natal in all its prototype glory?

The Seattle Times got hold of this photo showing one such prototype - it's the kind that Microsoft sent out for game developers. No, it doesn't have robo-legs - it's just mounted on a tripod.
The source also mentions that Project Natal and the new iPhone are to be made in the same factory. Both Apple and Microsoft apparently hired Taiwanese manufacturer Pegatron Technology for their respective hardware. Coincidentally, both Natal and the next-generation iPhone are to be launched later this year.

Apple and Microsoft in the same factory? wow.
But one thing, it can't have that design as final.
btw, people don't come whine about it, you don't like it, don't be a troll.

The Natal uses multiple Cameras (originally suspected to be Three, but looks like two now) to follow different aspects of motion - when combined and processed gives a far more accurate control of what is happening on the screen.
The only downside the natal has that the Arc can do, it by having a visual reference for the Camera, the subject does not need to refer to themself=ves on the screen - whereas the Natal will be like the eyetoy, if you can't see yourself on screen, you don't have any idea as to where you should be.
At the end of the day, both are just trying to catch up with the Wii in Motion - Even though the Wii could still be a bit better (just a bit though).

That would be stupid putting iPad inside a Natal package, and Microsoft doesn't play with money, oh Bill might play.
