Indie PC game They Need to Be Fed is coming over to your PSP. This was confirmed by Jesse Venbrux, indie developer of the YoYo Games Design a Handheld Game competition winner.

With a title such as "Need to Be Fed", one certainly is inclined to ask what this is all about. Well, you're in a world full of blocks, each of which having their own center of gravity. There's a monster at the end of each level, and basically, you reward yourself by feeding yourself to it.

Sounds twisted? Yeah, it sure does. Here, maybe this gameplay video can clarify things for you.

Still twisted, huh? Anyway, Jesse says of their efforts to put it on the PS3: "Together with YoYoGames we're going to try and get this actually running on PSP. If all goes well They Need to Be Fed comes out on PSN as early as this summer."
