Since it first wowed the world at E3 back in June, Project Natal became commonplace when talks came to motion control. Nearly four months later at TGS 09, it seems that the elite publishers of the industry have seriously considered those talks - Microsoft has announced that the crème de la crème of the gaming industry is going to support Project Natal.

The a-list includes publishers known for different genres and styles, so there's really no telling how they could make use of the Natal technology. For starters, there's Bethesda, Disney Interactive, and MTV Games. Then there's Capcom, known for its success in various gaming genres thanks to its powerhouse franchises. Namco Bandai's also there, who we usually get our Tekken and manga/anime-based games from.

Square Enix is also there. Just a few days ago, their president, Yoichi Wada, spoke about the new motion controllers and expressed his interest in the Natal UI.

Here's the complete list:
  • Activision Blizzard
  • Bethesda
  • Capcom
  • Disney Interactive
  • Electronic Arts
  • Konami
  • MTV Games
  • Namco Bandai
  • Sega
  • Square Enix
  • THQ
  • Ubisoft

» Wow!!

It would be a shame if Natal didn't become the great thing that it is meant to be.

A case of overhypulitis.

» not here to trash talk

i have the ps3 and we have the playstation eye which is similar, we have a few games thats motion sensitive and jus moving your hands through the air for a hour is alot of work even though we game junkies need it, sitting there playing a game pouring sweat is not fun, i think they both will do well if they keep it geard towards family games and games like rpg and you use the joystick for the game but when you come to a enemy or monster you stand up and then fight using motion control
