The wait is finally over for Adam Thole, and the guys who've been closely following his tilt-sensing controller mod for the Xbox 360 since its early conception. Following their earlier announcement that this new mod would soon be mass-marketed, accessory manufacturer Talismoon has updated their site once again to announce that the product is now ready for purchasing. Here's an information snippet taken on the tiltboard mod's features:
  • tiltBoard box art - Image 1 Custom Fit Design
  • 2 multifunction buttons within easy reach
  • Requires soldering 7 wires
  • "Best practice" install method eliminates control loss as controller battery life weakens
  • Persistent memory keeps your TiltTune settings even if there is no power to your controller.
  • The new tiltBoard comes preloaded with tiltTune technology (TM), the most user friendly firmware available, including:
    • 1) Adjust tilt sensitivity
    • 2) Adjust the 0 degree so that you can hold the controller at whatever angle is natural for you
    • 3) Invert the Y axis (independently for either the stick or the tilt)
    • 4) Turn the tilt on and off (switch between stick and tilt)
Just remember that this mod will go for US$ 35, and you'll be fine. Head on over to Talismoon's site (the source link) in case you think your 360 wireless controller's due for this tweak.

yep 360 is useless to motion sensing. PS3 is better, longer lasting system. We dont have to worry about red ring of death which has been stated that ALL 360's will get eventually. 360 sucks my fanboy balls. ps3 sucks my left nut 360 sucks my right nut

This is pretty stupid, I doubt anyone wants this and if they do it fails compared to the ps3 system. Your xbox360 belongs to us. It's a *****ty console to begin with and will be revised soon enough with another version, so you idiots can buy another one.

Ok first off xbox and xbox 360 kick @ss!

The games are so crisp, clean, and fun as hell!

Wii is for people who don't know how to grow up and for those under the age of 14.

PS3 is got some really great stuff like home but when it comes down to what its ment for(game play) it sucks. But graphics and depth rock.

360 has really really really fun games and nice features that out do the ps3 and wii.

But sorry for going off topic.

Is there a way to get the ORIGINAL XBOX to have tilt?
