Taiwan to get Xbox 360 version of Final Fantasy 13

Final Fantasy 13 - Image 1Final Fantasy 13 may still be PS3-exclusive in Japan, but it looks like other Asian countries will also be getting the game's Xbox 360 version.

Grace Chou, the head of Microsoft Taiwan's Entertainment and Devices Division, revealed that Xbox 360 owners in Taiwan will indeed be getting the Xbox 360 version of Final Fantasy 13. The news was announced during Microsoft's recent game exhibition in Taipei.

Chou also stated that the company has yet to decide which localized version will be launched in Asia. A target release date also remains to be announced. Keep checking back here for more updates.

I'm pretty sure that the east cares too much about their economy to buy a game for a system created by a foreign country. Same reason why the 360 sells so well in America. To support the local economy...and of course all the rednecks who think that Halo and Gears are the greatest things ever.
