Star Wars Battlefront 3 details slowly unravelling |

Half a year ago, we gave you the heads up on some supposed rumor that Free Radical is set to work on the next Battlefront title. At that time, the company refused to confirm or deny the speculations going about the grapevine. And now, their the March issue of PlayStation World all but confirmed that they are indeed working on the next Battlefront installment.
According to the UK magazine, SWB III is listed as an Xbox 360 exclusive, but that shouldn't stop them from having a PSW review before the end of the year. Apart from this, there's still no word coming from LucasArts as to the switch in development teams for SWB III. Originally, Pandemic Studios was in on the project for the first two installments, but this one went to the plate of Free Radical.
Now that it's out in the open, expect to hear more updates on this one in the coming days. So just keep it posted here if you don't wanna miss a beat.

I'm surprised there is no comments on this yet, Battlefront is one the best games. Hopefully Free Radical doesn't screw it up.

He didn't say the best game, he said one of the best games...
can't wait till BF3, with the next gen consoles there will probably be larger maps and space to land transitions
instade of chooseing from a group o clones you choose what type you are like a sniper or an enginieer you know stuff like that

It needs to come out for the WII PS3 And X-Box360, plus in thegame if someone dies and they drop they're weapon you should be able to pick it up! Like in Republic Commando.
Well... All I really want is more space battle vehicles, and a bit more stuff from Star Wars Episode 1. Maybe a Naboo Star Fighter, Qui Gon Jinn as a new Jedi Hero, and maybe instead of choosing a time period (galactic civil war/clone wars) choose episode 1, episode 2, episode 3, etc. Also, Gunguns should be playable characters and Jar Jar should be a hero :)
I think they should let you use the Leader bonus in Space Battles so that you can use the Leaders' Ships... Millennium Falcon, Slave I, etc. They should also use all maps from previous games. I love the Tatooine map in the first SWBF game because I love slaughtering Tuskens like animals because that's what they are. I don't enjoy hunting Tuskens as much in the second SWBF because I don't like playing as Jawas.
