'Spunk' too funky a name for ESRB in Overlord II

Goodbye, Spunk. Apparently, the ESRB is very picky not only with how many fingers have been chewed off by zombies, but also by the name given the video game characters. "Spunk" would have been a nice addition to the character's list in Overlord II had the ratings board not deem it inappropriate.

Am Spunk!
No! I'M Spunk!

This was revealed by Triumph Studios director, Lennart Sas, at a special event celebrating the upcoming launch of the said title. According to him, one of the little minion's name was "Spunk". ESRB got a whiff of it and crumpled their face in dislike. And since they were going for the Teen rating, they had to christen him with another name, which we're fairly sure is not as nasty and does not give you flashbacks of images of bodily fluids.

Rhianna Pratchett, writer of the game story, also divulged that a couple other names were also rejected such as Postule, Pus and Flange.

» The problem is

Retail Stores wont sell unrated games. I think its Retarded but thats the problem really. I would like to see an unrated version of games like the new trend of movies ! Maybe DLable ?

» WTF

Jesus Christ, what has happened to this country? If they banned every word that also had a sexual reference they'd have to ban half the english dictionary. Under these rules you couldn't even call someone Tony Danza (look it up.)

» Wow

I didn't even know the other meaning of spunk. Thank you ESRB for banning this word and adding a new meaning to my vocabulary.
