Something to look forward to: Mass Effect release date revealed |
Ó
Enough of all these nonsensical talks of a delay! Of course BioWare's Mass Effect is coming out to North America this November. The only question left really is what day of November will it fall on? And actually, even that bit of question becomes no longer a mystery. Yes, ladies and gents. There is now a specific date for you to mark red on your calendar. BioWare and Microsoft themselves have announced the event to fall on November 20. So what if it's all the way at the middle of the month? What matters is that it's on its way, and we can't wait to get our hands on this next-gen RPG. It's gonna be tagged with an estimated retail price of US$ 59.99. But hold your horses. Before you guys start pulling out those wallets, it's rated with an "M" for the ESRB. Meaning... well, you know what it means. Some pretty hardcore stuff that aren't meant for those innocent kid eyes.
Set in a vast, futuristic universe, Mass Effect immerses the players in a challenging environment that will have them making important and difficult decisions that may very well affect the survival of the universe. Really heavy stuff there, indeed, huh? Anyhow, now that we know exactly when to look out for Mass Effect, we can all breathe a little more easy and cease being paranoid about a delay until next year.

actually its November 20th.
So this means we have 2 months to play halo3 until we get Mass Effect :)
yep! lol too many bad ass games, not enough time!
Here we go again with another "bioshock", and by that I mean over hyped. It's going to suck just as bad as bioshock did, biggest waste of money to ever leave my wallet.
obviously your an idiot if you think bioshocked sucked. your probably a little kid who likes run and gun fps's, those get old too fast. Bioshock was a brilliant fps/rpg and is one of my favorites of all time. And regarding this release date, this is very old news. like a month old.
...Then you probably are not a very good gamer. The creativity in that game is incredible. The atmosphere, the enviroment, also a bit scary if you play in the dark with volume cranked.
Oh wait he probably got scared and couldn't play the game. What a shame...
i didn't like bioshock, it was a good game just not my kind of game...
here's hoping they get to work on KoTOR3 once mass effect is out.
No they won't because Mass Effect will be a triologie
What makes you think the poster up there called oh boy is really a PS3 owner LOL, Bioshock has gone straight to number 1, does it feel bad that MS have been with the devs since day 1 and its NOT coming to the PS3?.
Sorry no KOTOR3, Mass Effect 2 for 360 only will be the priority look t the sales of 360 games in the USA alone, they are so huge its amazing.
another american RPG. ROFL. i'll stick w/ FF thanks. 12 (non-related) sequels and multiple spin-offs happen for a reason: success
See you in 09 playing Final Fantasy rofl.
